By downloading or using the VPN X GO app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptable Use Policy You agree not to use the Service to:

Engage in any illegal activities or violate any local, national, or international law.
Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
Perform unauthorized network scanning, hacking, or denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
Exploit or harm minors in any way. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you violate these terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments VPN X GO offers premium subscription plans ("Plus") via Google Play Billing.

Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.

3. Free Tier and Rewards Our Free Tier is ad-supported and limited by time constraints. Users may optionally watch rewarded advertisements to gain temporary VIP access. We reserve the right to modify the limits and reward durations at any time.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Changes to These Terms We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
